At Luminate Coaching, we value clarity, trust, and alignment. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for coaching services.

Coaching Services

Because coaching is a time-based, personalized service, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Initial Coaching Engagements:
    If you are dissatisfied with your first coaching session, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial session, provided no additional sessions have been used.

  • Unused Sessions:
    Refunds may be issued for unused, prepaid sessions at our discretion.

  • Used Sessions:
    Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you book sessions through an online scheduling system (such as Wix Bookings), cancellation and rescheduling terms may be presented at the time of booking and must be followed.

We encourage open communication if something isn’t working — our goal is alignment, not obligation.

Digital Products (if applicable)

Any future digital products, downloads, or materials will be governed by a separate refund policy stated at the time of purchase.
