I'm Latisha.

I work with people who are capable, thoughtful, and outwardly successful, yet feel a quiet disconnect between the life they’re living and the one that would actually fit.

Often, they’re navigating a transition: a role that no longer fits, a season of fatigue, a shifting sense of identity, or a growing awareness that “pushing harder” isn’t the answer anymore.

​

My perspective is shaped by years of experience in senior leadership and large-scale transformation, supporting individuals and teams through complexity, change, and uncertainty. I’m currently completing an ICF-aligned coaching certification, and my work is informed by evidence-based coaching principles alongside real-world leadership experience in complex organizational environments.​

How I Work

My approach to coaching is grounded in the belief that clarity doesn’t come from force or urgency. It comes from creating space to slow down, listen more carefully, and reconnect with what matters most.

I bring a calm, structured presence to conversations that can feel overwhelming or undefined. Together, we create room to untangle what’s noisy, name what’s true, and move forward with intention rather than pressure.
